MOVIE MAGIC FOR TY
is a series of interactive, hands on video production workshops which covers camera techniques, editing, green screen, sound & visual FX. Combining the Arts with technology, the iPad acts as the camera, edit suite & greenscreen studio promoting STEM education.
Video is now widely used in every day life and is an extremely valuable craft to learn . Transition Year Students can use these skills for school projects, college portfolios and more importantly, in future employment. Why not use your student films as a highlight on TY Graduation Night?

Our presentations are lively, informative and fun. They are interwoven with career advice and an insight into working in the media industry. Each workshop has a theory segment followed by a hands on exercise to put into practice what the students have just covered. Our course is 70% practical where the students get to set up, shoot, edit and become familiar and confident with the equipment.
Students also have an opportunity to discover new strengths and talents in a team building environment. All equipment is provided and we travel nationwide. Our teacher and student feedback is 100% positive, why not check it out for yourself?
